John Deere 1354 Power Output Shaft Replacement Single Speed

The John Deere 1354 tractor originally features a dual-speed PTO (power take-off) configuration, with a hollow shaft carrying two gears-540 rpm and 1000 rpm.

Since the customer’s two commonly used implements both operate at a medium speed, we replaced the original dualspeed gears with a single-speed gear to match them.

 Once the single-speed gear is installed in the PTO position, the speed change is completed, ensuring convenient operation for the customer.
